Will customers know it's automated?

Can it send a quote I didn't approve?
Never. Quotes are built only from your price list, and nothing goes out until you reply SEND.
Do I have to change my phone number or software?

What's the lock-in?
Three months so the system has time to prove itself, then month to month. Cancel any time after that.
